Kent Thameside Church Project

A six session interactive programme using meditation, storytelling, life experience workshops, aromatherapy and visual arts to destress and stimulate a deeper spiritual life.Drawing on ancient teachings of Jesus and the Christian mystics the programme is designed to promote health, relaxation and well-being.This introductory course is organised by the Kent Thameside Church Project and is free.The Kent Thameside Church Project is a cooperative venture between the Kent and London Baptist Associations and explores new ways of living effectively as a Christian in today's world.

		Alpha is a series of about ten meeting, usually held in someone's home, beginning with snacks and a drink and then seeing a video presentation about an aspect of the Christian faith. After the video there is the chance to talk about issues raised in the presentation with the rest of the group. No one is ever put 'on the spot' and everyone's opinion is respected. Why not give it a try. Thousands of lives across the world have been changed for the better by this course.
